MEET YOUR COACH
I’m Byron Galvez — a U.S. Army Combat Veteran, father, and coach with a story of restoration.
After serving in the military and returning home from deployment, I came back a different man. I battled severe PTSD, and in 2010 I ended up homeless — broken mentally, spiritually, and physically. Life hit me hard, and for a long time, I felt like I had no identity and no direction.
But God had other plans for me.
Through His grace, I was restored. Little by little, He rebuilt my mind, healed my heart, and gave me purpose again. And when I stepped into the gym, something inside me came back to life. Training became more than fitness — it became therapy, discipline, and a path to becoming the man God called me to be.
Since then, I’ve competed in bodybuilding shows, transformed my own life, and helped countless others step into their strength — physically, mentally, and spiritually.
My mission now is simple:
To help you become the strongest, healthiest, most confident version of yourself — inside and out.

Once you sign up, you’ll immediately receive an onboarding form.This gives me everything I need to understand your goals, lifestyle, training experience, and challenges.
From there:
- I build your personalized training + nutrition program
- You get access to the coaching app
- We start weekly accountability check-ins
- You’ll receive real-time feedback, guidance, and adjustments as needed
The goal is simple: transform your body, strengthen your mind, and help you show up strong in every area of life.
